| Ms. Dudley has 25 years of experience managing a large breeding and training facility. Her success includes leading breeder status with the American Quarter Horse Association. Several stallions associated with the Dudley name have achieved world wide recognition as AQHA Leading Sires. They include Scotch Bar Time, Investment Asset and Roping Chute. Ms. Dudley is also a member of the AQHA Professional Horsemen's Association and is an accredited judge with several breed associations. Renae is a graduate of Iowa State University with a B.S. in education and M.S. in Special Studies. Ms. Dudley also manages advertising sales for Horsepower Magazine, a national equine publication.

In addition to being one of the co-founders and chief software architect of the HiMARK$ system, Gary Derby has over 30 years of experience in software development. Mr. Derby is currently a Senior Design Specialist at Quintrex Data Systems, a software development company that develops enterprise-billing systems for telephone carriers. Mr. Derby has been at Quintrex since 1981. Prior to Quintrex, Gary was a key developer at Micro Technology, a medical software developer for 8 years. |

Amy Gumz and Gumz Farms offers a personalized breeding program, boasting premier facilities and services to the horse industry. Their experienced staff specializes in reproductive programs related to shipping and receiving frozen semen. Frozen storage and distribution is available at our state-of-the art facility. Amy is instrumental in our development of the HiMARK$ stallion fertility module and it's potential use in the equine reproductive industry. |

Clarice Cooper and Cooper Quarter Horses, LLC are a full service breeding and embryo transfer facility. Our State of the art breeding facility offers a full line of services to the stallion and mare owners. Our breeding facility houses a state of the art laboratory that specializes in semen collection, artificial insemination, semen freezing and embryo transfers. We are a USDA approved importer and exporter of frozen semen to diversify the blood in your breeding program. Cooper Quarter Horses is also an approved quarantine export station for horses transport overseas. Clarice has been using the Himarks program to efficiently manage the farm on a day to day basis.
