HiMARK$ ESA - All HiMARK$ products include one year of training and support, plus all updates from initial purchase date. The Extended Service and Support Agreement – ESA is recommended for users, but not required. This annual support fee includes continued online and telephone product support and product training for an additional year. Support services are provided on an hourly basis for HiMARK$ users who do not purchase ESA Agreement. |
